My mother and I made arrangements to come out
as soon as possible. Suzanne took us to meet the doctors. She provided us
with data on facilities, treatments, attorneys, and even helped us with our
cousin's funeral. I can honestly say that we were able to rely on Suzanne
100% and she in turn gave us 100% of support and help. She understood how
worried we were and she took every action to keep us appraised of the current
state of events.
Months
have passed and Suzanne has successfully relocated our uncle to an appropriate
care facility. She carefully monitors
his care and has made many welcome changes - all on her own initiative.
She is very knowledgeable and practical. She is also very human and very
caring. She continues to be our savior in this situation. She gives us
progress reports and this is no easy task since our family lives in Geneva,
Argentina and Maryland and Virginia. She takes the time to routinely check
in on my uncle. I would like to particularly point out that Suzanne does
not just "visit". She really listens to him, talks to him, makes
him laugh, finds things of interest for him. No one else would show this
level of care to an elderly man that is not able to clearly think anymore.
She also evaluates his program and makes sure the staff is doing the best
job they can for him.
Suzanne
is better than a sister to us. She is our detective, our nurse, our best
friend, and our angel. She has been reliable beyond expectation. She has
been a source of positive energy. She is an incredible person and we owe
her more thanks than we could ever give. We will be ever grateful that
Suzanne came into our lives.
Sincerely,
